M scoring 540 in Neet 2019.. Will I be getting into a government medical college in Bihar with OBC category?

Yes, With a score of 540 you can get a seat in the government medical colleges in Bihar when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of 519 was enough to fetch a seat in the Government medical college,  Bettiah in Obc category under the state quota. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
