Yes you do have chance to get a seat. Can you specify which state domicile you have so that we can give you a clear picture as cut off for state quota seats vary in different states.

Hello,
If you go through the open category AIQ then it is really hard to get into govt colleges. Even though you belong to SC/ST category the competition is very high.you may not get seat through the all India Quota. But you can give it a try through state quota because the cut off in state quota is less than AIQ.
