Below is list of decent government medical college with marks required in neet for obc category under state quota :-
King George's Medical University, Lucknow:- 575
Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College, Kanpur:- 555
Sarojini Naidu Medical College:- 545
Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi:- 537
so dear , be optimistic, no need to stress yourself, you have good chance of getting a seat in Government Medical College in UP.
