According to me arnab by your mark which you secured in neet is insufficient to get admission in any government medical college but don't lose the temper you can get government seat by state quota and leqve it on luck.

Tip if you need only government colleges then drop one year if you can.

As you have not mentioned your category so I assume you to be in unreserved category
With UR category rank and 467, you might not get government colleges for MBBS program as the cutoffs are usually around 500+. However you will get a decent government medical college for BDS program in your state through state quota. Some of the colleges you might get for BDS-

• Burdwan Dental College, Rajbati
• Dr. R. Ahmed Dental College & Hospital, Calcutta

You can opt for private colleges also.
