Considering your GATE marks your your GATE is expected to be around 600.So by considering previous years cut off trends you may have decent chances to get seat in

IIT, Bombay
IIT, Roorkee
IIT, Ghuwhati
NIT, Trichy
NIT, Surathkal
NIT, Calicut
NIT, Delhi
NIT, Durgapur
NIT, Hamirpur

However, the cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
