Sir I am getting 70.456935 percentile in my jee 2019 ,am I eligible for jee advance when I come under obc- ncl category????

The final results are yet to be declared and the cutoff for JEE Advance will be declared only after the final result for JEE Mains is publised and so as of now we can not exactly predict this. But as per my knowledge this is a low score for being eligible for JEE ADVANCE. I would suggest you to appear in april session and improve your score so that you become eligible for JEE advance.
