To be eligible for the fee reimbursement:

• If already, a student of Telangana for 4 years out of 7 years, they will be treated as local and their reimbursements will be given.
• TS local students taking admissions in AP colleges in 15 per cent unreserved quota in counselling.
• TS local students applying to AP colleges in 15 per cent unreserved quota in counselling are also eligible for fee reimbursement

Annual income for SC, ST students should not exceed 2 lakh and for BC it should not exceed 1 lakh. Without consideration of rank for SC, ST students all are eligible for this scheme.

And BC students below 10,000 rank are beneficiaries for this scheme (total fee will be paid by govt). 75% attendance is compulsory for both of them students can apply up to the beginning of the next academic year. The beneficiaries may be 10-14 lakh students. Inter students can apply after their exams.
