It's a bit difficult to predict cutoff mark for bhms as cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, toughness level of the examination et c

But in general according to previous year trends, you should try to get around 450-475 marks for getting a seat in Government college if you are from general category for your bhms
