Hello Tanishq, you can only apply for DU LLB after your graduation.

For admission in LLB Course, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

General category candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation degree.

For SC/ST category, they must score 40% marks in their qualifying degree.

For OBC, PwD and CW category, a minimum score of 45% is required in the qualifying degree.

For General and OBC candidates,must posses a graduate or post graduate degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi.

Candidate having a PG degree or is appearing in the final year PG degree examination can also apply for DU LLB 2019 entrance exam. There is also no age bar to appear for the exam.

Their is no problem as you are talking about the llb which is a bachelor course. It only need your 12th passed and for the LLB course you have to give an entrance test for admission in DU. The form will available after the result of 12th cbse. So their is no problem if your already a student of du. But you can not run both course together.
