You have a decent score .Though as per the trends cut off goes on increasing every year .Last year the opening marks for unreserved category we're 520 and this year it's 533 you have crossed the bar but there are students with even 600 plus and have reached to a 701.You have fair chances to get a mbbs government seat though it might not be in a very high ranked college due to other candidates having even better score but you will surely get a seat.
