as you have mentioned that you have scored 460 in neet 2019 and your AIR is 76220 and obc rank is 36320.

although it is very difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors.

but looking at the cutoff of past few years, I can say that you will not get a seat in top government colleges

but there are chances that you can get a seat in an average gov. college
