As per your score mentioned in JEE Mains you have sure chance and you are eligible for JEE Advance as per las year cutoff. According to previous JEE Mains cutoff:

General      -  90

OBC           -  81

SC              -  45

ST               -  45

PWD           -  45

From above cutoff you will be elligible for JEE Advance for sure.

Hey,
There is a great chance for you to give  JEE Advance examinations , also you'll be able to get NIT's. NIT may be not be the top ones.
