99 is not a Good Score but there are chances of getting into low ranked NIT's if and only if you're SC/ST Category Since OBC/GENERAL Cutoff was around 75-85 Marks
But Make sure that you have good Percentage in your academics which helps you get a decent NIT
Although, It's hard to get IIT.
