Dear Kunal, am guessing you have submitted your HSC Leaving Certificate at your current college for admission in B.Sc. Now the first fact is even if you are studying B.Sc, you will still have to show them your HSC LC during document verification. Most Colleges give the students their original documents with an undertaking. You have to write a letter stating that you need the original copy of your certificate for the reason you want it. The Principal will give it to you. Regarding the qualification code, it will be 07. Code 07 is for Candidates who are studying any other examination that has scope and standard (Last 02 years of 10+2 Study consist of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology; that includes practical test in all the given subjects) that found to be equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of an Indian University/Board, taking the subjects PCB including practical tests in each of the subjects and English as a compulsory subjects.
