My first and foremost suggestion for you would be to stay away from Distractions and remain confined in your own work.

Since, you have wasted several days of your Preparation, no doubt that you need to work very Hard but you also have to plan out your Syllabus and divide it in different time zones and schedule a proper Time Table for yourself and follow it punctually.
