I am sorry but your question is unclear. Have you graduated and then corrected it in GATE application? Or it was done by mistake. If you have graduated and corrected it, it is fine and yes it is official for GATE. Whatever the thing is, you can still correct the GATE application as it is ongoing right now. As for GOAPS, that is just the admission portal and not the IIT application portal. You will still need to apply to the individual IITs for M.Tech on the basis of your GATE scores. For that the GATE application needs to be correct.
