If you are talking about the councelling of 2018, so please be informed that MCI has returned the amount of Rs. 10000 to those who have not got a seat in medical colleges. Incase you have not got your money returned, you need to contact the authorities regarding the same so that they can tell you why the amount is not returned. Incase you had been selected for the admission and you withdrew it, there are possibilitied that the amount becomes non refundable. I suggest you to please contact teh authorities once.
Also MCI had uploaded the lists of candidate who were eligible for refund and those who got the refund, you must once check the webste toh see the lists. Also there was a list with the names of those, whose accounts were closed or there was some error in the transaction.

i can understand but i dont know about you and what you have done in past. if you unable to get your money back than you must need to inform mci. i think they will help you. but if they will ignore you than mus go to police and other higher departments as this is your money it is your right to get it back.
