i haven't locked choice in 1st counselling in neet.Am i eligible for 2nd one? if not then how can i get back my registration fees 10000?

If you have missed the chance to lock in your choice for the first round which was to be done between 13-19 June then you can lock for the second round which has started .

HelloI thought about the same thing but now when I log in there are no choices and system says" counseling has been cancelled candidate need not to make any changes"Pls help. The choice filling started already
