Yes you are eligible to appear in NEET if your board results are available before first round of counselling. As all the necessary documents will be required for verification purpose.
Also, to be able to be eligible for NEET, your PCB aggregate should be atleast 50%(if you are a general category candidate) and 40%(if your category is OBC/SC/ST). So try to score a good percentage accordingly.

You can definitely appear for NEET 2020 is you passed your 10 + 2 Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology at the qualifying examination and must have come in the merit list of NEET.
So if you passed your physics paper then you can apply for NEET 2020 too. Hope this may help you.
