Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalya (BCKV) is a public university affiliated to UGC and ICAR. The main campus of the University is situated in Mohanpur, in Nadia district of West Bengal.

• Candidate must be born on or before 01.06.2000.
• All the candidates must be a permanent resident of West Bengal. However for ICAR’s nominees there is no such restriction.
• Candidate must be medically fit.
• Candidate must  have passed Higher Secondary examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, securing at least 50% marks (40% marks in case of SC/ST/PH candidates) in aggregate from WBCHSE or any other recognized board of education.

As the admission to BSc Agriculture programme is on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2, so the higher marks you get in secondary, higher the chances of getting admission.
4 subjects are considered to prepare the merit list- English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. So it depends how much you've got in these subjects.
Based on your marks, you have chances that you may get admission in any of the extended campuses of BCKV.
