im sorry to say but it’s difficult to get any course for 38k rank through TSEAMCET only if you belong to minority or SC/ST then you have chances of getting B.pharmacy. if you belong to any other caste, you do have chances but you won’t get top colleges. B.pharmacy is the course where the career opportunities are less less and in non top colleges we cannot expect placements. So I would suggest you to do long term for agriculture and veterinary courses or go with BSc courses like Nurtition, Biotechnology or Microbiology. All the best! Hope this helps. Thank you.
