Dear Adarsh, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 508
SC: 420
ST: 281

With 531 marks if you belong to General Category, you can get a seat in a Private Medical College. But if you belong to SC/ST Categories, you can get a seat in a Government Medical College. Now this is 2018 data. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year it has been speculated that the cut offs for Government Medical Colleges will be increased by 25 marks.
