No, bcoz the minimum criteria for getting admission through JEE and WBJEE is 70% in class 12th whatever your rank may be in these examination.
As per JEE Advance eligibility criteria, aspiring candidates need to either secure at least 75% aggregate marks (for Gen Category) in the class XII (or equivalent)and 65% aggregate marks (for SC, ST and PwD candidates) or they should be in category-wise top 20-percentile in their respective class XII (or equivalent) board examination.
For wbjee
General category candidates should have secured an aggregate of 45% and reserved category candidates should have scored 40% in the above three subjects taken together to be eligible for WBJEE 2019.
