For M.Sc, you need to pass all your bachelor degree's subjects on time and then you can apply. Some universities ask for some documents related to UG degree along with that a certain percentage is required in UG,  in order to apply for the masters programmes. So, you just need to finish your subjects with pass remarks and you can apply for M.Sc.
