NIT and IITs always has its cutoffs and ranks higher. As you have mentioned your AIR in jee mains under OBC quota is 104,000 rank. Since you have not mentioned anything like home quota so am not taking that fact as a consideration. So with this rank, I am sorry to say that you will not get any NIT.

to be clear i will say you have no or very rare chance of getting nits but if you are from the northeast than the probability of getting nits is quite fine in your home state.
even there is very low probability that you may find a good iiits and even in new iiits so better you may go for gftis and sftis there you may find fine college
