According to your query,
Your rank is quite good but insufficient to get you seat in any NIT or IIT probably. That doesn't mean that you can't get any NIT . Yes you might get some NITs looking forward previous year's cut-offs. So you should go through the list of it and then decide to go for that NIT if you are eligible for it or not.

As you got 13077 rank in jee mains in EWS category you won't be getting any nits or iiits. Because,
As the EWS reservation is only 10%.So, Nearly 1100 Seats in NITs and 290 Seats in IIITs have been increased. So your EWS rank must be in between 5000-6000 to get seat in one of them.
But you may get some North Eastern NITs if you have home state quota.
With EWS and girls quota you may get some GFTIs.
