The rank you scored is not sufficient to get admission in any of the vit campuses . Even it is difficult to get admission in the Bhopal campus which is their latest campus opened in 2017 . VIT closes its admission at rank till 1 lakh. So after 1 lakh  of rank they do not take any admission. 

Still if you want to join vit Vellore or Chennai campus you can apply through management quota but it is costly . You have spend some 5-6 lakhs for CSE or IT branches .
