I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 120 marks in your neet examination. I'm sorry to tell you, but you have not cleared the examination due to which it is impossible for you to get a seat for BAMS not only in government but also in private. As it is compulsary for a student to atleast clear the examination in order to get a seat in private colleges. It's better if you take an year off only if possible.

Sorry but you can't get any Bams college because you have not qualified the exam
The qualifying percentage for getting admissions is:



General                 50th percentile    720-138
SC/ST/OBC           40th percentile      137-108
General-PwD         45th percentile      137-122
SC/ST/OBC-PwD    40th percentile     121-108

I would say, that you should try next year or if you don't want to drop then you can choose any other career path.
However you must try in the counseling till the very last as one cannot say this with 100 percent surity.
