According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the good NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some lower NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Calicut, NIT Goa and likewise provided that you deserves Home state quota for them. If you do not deserves Home state quota for them then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
