Sir I got 123 marks in neet 2019.46 percentile.I am obc.can I apply for management seat for bds in Tamilnadu?I am from kerala

Honestly speaking, Looks a lot difficult bro this year with increased level of competition. Wait for the state merit rank because that's what which can give you some hope of being a part of BDS university or not. 

Having a OBC category advantage but scoring this marks still won't help you much.

You may get a seat through management quota in private colleges but the fees will be very high ranging between 10-20 lakhs per annum. If you can afford that than yes you may get a seat.

You can think of travelling abroad for further education in MBBS itself. 

However if you are really keen to be a part of a good institution, you must take a drop and clear all your fundamentals and trying coming back stronger and harder next year.
