Hello aspirant
With 142 marks in NEET it is difficult to get seat in government college even with SC Category. For getting seat in any government college you need 350+ score being SC candidate . As cut off are higher this year.
So you may try in private medical colleges

Hello dear student,

The minimum marks required by a sc category student in NEET 2020 was 113. so you have just qualified the Neet entrance test so with this much marks dear student I am really sorry to tell you that you will not be able to get in to any college under government quota seats.

I hope you understand that

Thank you
