sir, I got 142 marks in neet 2020 (SC quota). It is possible to get admission in any govt. college in any stream i.e; BAMS, BHMS, Etc.

Sorry to say but your marks are too less to get a government, semi government college so do apply for a private college or You can apply for physiotherapy , there is chance that you might get a college there . So do apply for the counseling and hope for the best.
