You have scored 148 marks so you are eligible for counselling and your rank will be approximately in between 70-80 thousand . But category wise it can change but there is less hope of getting admission into a government college as they require a score of 380+marks even in obc category to secure a govenment college.
So it will be better that you should apply for some private colleges and hope for the best.
