Hi Aspirant. You have not mentioned your category. I am assuming that your category is general. Last year's cutoff marks for BHU bsc bio Hons was 265. But this year it is said to decrease seeing the rank and marks of the candidates. It is also announced by the officials that the seats are going to increase this year.
