With your mentioned rank you have negligible chances of getting any NITs or GFTIs. However with domicile quota you might get non core branches at the newer NITs.

As you have mentioned above that you have scored 16000 rank, there is a slightly fair possibility that you would be able to get a seat in the NIT's.

I would recommend to make a list of NIT's you want to apply to and email them your score.
