Hello aspirant,

Inorder, to get CS Branch in KIIT your rank should be below 4000. Since your rank is 1709 you will definitely get CS branch.
And regarding the fee waiver you have two ways-

You have to be one among the top 10 rankers in the KIITEE exam then you will be eligible for a scholarship of Rs 10,000 every month for 4 yrs.

Another way to get the fee waiver is to score O grade in every subject in your first semester exams . If you do so then you are eligible for Rs 10,000 scholarship but only for one semester.
