With your rank in KIIT, I assume you may not get CSE, based on previous year cutoffs. You may consider Electrical engineering, electrical and electronics, electronics and instrumentation  electronics and telecommunications etc. You must note that cutoffs depend upon other factors too, like the difficulty level, number of people who take the exam etc so it may or may not vary from the last year.
