You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a rank of 20,343in NCHM ,it becomes difficult to procure a seat in the government IHM's in first round when comparing the results of previous years. But you can wait for the second round and get a government college . Also,  one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
