You have not mentioned which category you belong to. Considering it to be general, the following are the IHM's which you can get into, in the first round itself, when comparing the results of previous years.

• SIHM Kurukshetra
• SIHM Bathinda
• SIHM yamuna nagar, Haryana
• SIHM Telangana
• SIHM Kozhikode
• SIHM Rohtak
• SIHM Tiruchirapalli
• SIHM Silvassa
• SIHM Panipur
• SIHM Tirupati

The above mentioned colleges are state government IHM's. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link
