So in order to know the seat getting chances you need to specify the caste and home state also as these both play a major role in seat getting and there will a good reservation for caste and also home state people.
Now when i come to your rank you can get many colleges but not the top nits if you belong to general category.
I am answering your query considering you as a generak category student and with this marks and rank it will fetch you seat in some recently established nit's and iiit's you can get iiit bhopal and nit ap in your desired branch according to the previous years cutoff and definitely you can get seat in all branches of northeastern nits like arunachal pradesh meghalaya assam tripura and all that seven sister startes.
If you are asking for south nits i would advice you the nit ap as it is a new growing and good college that is going to have a permanent campus in upcoming days and will have good job facilities as amaravati is the new capital.
It is one of the new nit's launched recently it is launched just 4 years back and next year it may have its own campus and own hostels.
Now when we come to the study at not Andhra Pradesh it has good young and dynamic faculty .
More over the college isunder the mentorship of NIT Warangal for few years until some strength is gained by it.
So you can expect frequent visits from the lecturers of the nit Warangal into the AP campus.

Yes you can get eee in some of the national institutes of technology. The cutoff ranks according to last year show that you may get into NIT Delhi as your best chance. You may get other north east nits can also. They generally have lower cutoffs. You can look at NIT meghalaya, NIT sikkim, NIT Mizoram.
