Cut offs vary with number of seats available, results int he entrance exam this year, number of applicants etc. Based on previous year trends the cut off rank is around 250 hence though your rank is good it is a little difficult to predict because every year the competition keeps getting tougher , especially to get seat in the university itself. But lools like you obc category cut off 101 is pretty good and you may have sure chance for admission through this because the previous year cutoff rank for the same category was 119 .
