If I consider the previous year data .Then you do have some chances of getting admission in some of the government colleges in karnataka through state quota .Previous year minimum marks admitted for an sc candidate under state quota was 261 for Karwar Institute of Medical Sciences, Karwar. But do remember that The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
