The cut off ranks of institutes varies depending on so many factors such as number of vacant seats available,number of candidates appeared in exam, category of candidate, college and course opted and so on. You haven't specified the details about the exam you appeared. SV university as well as Padmavathi university conducts admission to MBA program through AP ICET exam. If you scored the above rank in AP ICET  then you have less chance in both universities. It is based on previous year data so we can't assure it yet. Let's hope for the best.
