Hello Adnan,

The 2019 cut-off has not been declared by the colleges yet so it is difficult to predict the exact cut-off, however we can get a rough estimate from previous years' cut-off trends.

You haven't mentioned the category that you belong to so I'm assuming that you belong to the general category.

With 293 marks, it is almost not at all possible for you to get admission in government colleges for BAMS. If you check the 2018 cut-off, you will find that the general category students' cut-off was around 420 marks and that for SC/ST/OBC was around 400 marks.

You should opt for private colleges that offer BAMS as there you will have chances of admission. The fees will be higher but you will not have to drop a year.
