If this is your OBC category rank than it will be difficult to get a good nit or IIIT with this category rank.
You may get some low ranking nits like nit srinagar ; nit uttarakhand ; nit Puducherry etc.in spot rounds .
But i would suggest you to go with some good state college in which you will get core branches like

YMCA
Dcrust
Thapar
Cu
Lpu

Etc.
So good luck.
