Well,first of all congratulations for that rank.with this rank you can get into some iiit's like chennai and etc but coming to nit's you can get into nit srinagar,durgapur,odhisa,gandhinagar that to into civil or mechanical or metallurgy branches.

Apart from nit's or iiit's you can also get into some private colleges which are called as b-category seats through mains.

It is difficult to get seat in nit and IIIT with this rank even with your state quota.
But yes if you will wait up to last round counselling then may you will able to get seat in low rank NITS in seven sister state. Because this year due to percentile system it's become very hard to get seat in top colleges with these types of rank.
