Your rank is very high for admission in any IIT. The admissions in IIT, Bhubaneswar end around 6000 it might go up to rank 20,000 for some cases like different branches and different category but the closing rank won't go as low as 30,000. You can either opt for top NITs with your desired branches or try again next time to get better rank and get in your desired IIT.
