I am sorry to inform but with a meagre score of 330, it wont be enough to let you grab a Govt. Medical seat even if you have the SC Certificate.
Even the previous year, the last SC Category student who got in through State Quota had a score of 349 which corresponded to a rank of 122666.
And as per this year's Marks vs Rank.
A score of 330 is totally out of bounds.

It would be better if you drop a year and set your plans accordingly.
