Hello,
You have scored less marks in the entrance exam.but since you are from sc category you have some chances of getting admission in a government medical college in some states of india through all india quota.

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
