You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 354, if your category is general or obc, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical or dental colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 530 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category to get mbbs in state quota and 500 or above got a seat in BDS. For veterinary medicine, the cut off's depends upon individual institutes. You may have a chance there.
